Netflix has introduced spatial audio for all platforms.
The feature was created in partnership with Sennheiser.
Users can search Netflix’s catalog to find content that supports spatial audio.
To improve the audio of its library of original movies, Netflix has introduced spatial audio for all platforms.
The functionality should provide more immersive sound, especially for users who wear headphones to view a TV show or a movie.
The extended spatial audio output was created in partnership between Sennheiser and Netflix and can be broadcast through stereo speakers or headphones without the use of extra hardware or a professional surround setup.
Content that supports it will now use Sennheiser’s Ambeo 2-Channel Spatial Audio format rather than the stereo output on the Netflix platform.
Ambeo uses any Dolby Atmos or surround sound audio files that are offered for the chosen content to create a more immersive stereo profile.
Additionally, Netflix offers 5.1 surround sound and Dolby Atmos audio on Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad devices to provide a great surround sound experience.
On a compatible Apple device, the “Streaming quality” parameter needs to be set to “High or Auto” in order to listen to spatial audio.
All Netflix users will be able to use the feature, and it will even function on gadgets that don’t typically support spatial audio.
Although there isn’t much Netflix content that makes use of the spatial audio capability right now, users may utilize the search bar to find all of the series and movies that do.
Red Notice, The Witcher, Locke & Key, The Adam Project, and Stranger Things 4 are a few of the early favorites.

PTI chief Imran Khan, who is facing terrorism charges following his controversial remarks about a female judge, reached an anti-terrorism court in Islamabad today to get pre-arrest bail, according to DawnNewsTV . Security was tightened around the Federal Judicial Complex, where the hearing will be held, with police and Frontier Corps personnel deployed at the site, the Dawn.com correspondent in the capital said. Roads in the complex’s surroundings have also been blocked. The PTI, meanwhile, called on supporters to “come out on the streets and then head to Islamabad the next day” if Imran is taken into custody. “Clear directions from the party given!” It also added a hashtag in Urdu, which says “Imran Khan is our red line”. Prior to Imran’s arrival, a plea for his pre-arrest bail was filed in the court of Judge Raja Jawad Abbas Hassan, who will hear the case today. It was contended in the plea that police had registered the terrorism case against Imran as an “act of revenge”....
The US dollar was seen losing ground against the rupee in interbank trading on Wednesday morning as it fell by 50 paisa, with analysts linking the development to optimism surrounding the expected release of loan tranches by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the greenback depreciated Rs1.45 against the previous day's close of Rs206 to reach Rs204.55 around 1:20pm. The FAP's closing rate of the last session shows a difference of 87 paisa from that of the State Bank of Pakistan, recorded at Rs206.87. By closing time on Wednesday, the greenback was being traded at Rs205.50 in the interbank. Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan General Secretary Zafar Paracha attributed the international currency's fall to the possibility of the IMF releasing two combined tranches of around $1.85 billion instead of the initially expected single tranche of around $1bn. On Tuesday, Pakistan received the Memorandum of Eco...
